• Internal delivery reporting - weekly and monthly regular internal reports (status, issues, next steps)
• External delivery reporting - weekly and monthly regular and ad-hoc reports for Moscow-based streams, regular KPI calculations, project plans and major delivery milestones tracking
• Staff risk management and reporting - assisting Delivery Managers with staff risk management and career development plans, attrition statistics and analysis
• Delivery management for staff augmented teams
- Project planning based on the estimates provided by team leads, change management, including escalation and reflection in project plans
- Risk management, including risk identification, impact assessment, joint elaboration of mitigation measures with UBS stakeholders, participation in issue resolution
• Development and implementation of consistent SLA framework across new engagements

• 3+ years of process or project management experience in delivering IT software solutions.
• Understanding of financial services, perfect candidate has a work experience in investment banks
• Experience in software development companies / consultancies is very desirable
• Has successfully initiated and completed several software development / implementation projects in a Project Manager position or
• Has extensive experience as a Process / Quality Manager for mid-to large sized software delivery companies
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodology (Agile, Test-Driven Development, scrums, iterations, show and tell) and general knowledge of formal project management methodologies (PMI, MSF, RUP, others)
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent spoken and written English essential, ability to effectively communicate with customers

• Design and build system from scratch based on an Infrormatica MDM product . You will work collaboratively with off-shore and on-shore developers to impart knowledge and develop the overall solution. Key challenges will be ensuring that business requirements are met, that the ETL component integrates well with the LEM database and that the engineering aspects of the delivery including performance are of the highest standard.
• You will be working with a team that has deep financial services domain expertise and collective experience of delivering high quality technology deliverables in a demanding environment. You will be expected to get up to speed with the domain and the standards of delivery expected within the group quickly and ultimately be a significant contributor to the shared capability of the group.

• A proven background in the architecting and delivery of large-scale ETL implementations using Informatica, with full delivery life-cycle experience.
• Excellent Informatica skills (minimum of 2 projects worked on); a detailed understanding of the intricacies of Informatica is essential in this role given the complex data structures being mapped in. Knowledge of MDM is mandatory.
• The candidate must also understand the limitations of Informatica and be able to identify where it is necessary to integrate Informatica with other technologies such as PL/SQL.
• Excellent Oracle PL/SQL skills; the role will involve detailed data analysis and a thorough understanding of data models and relational database concepts and constructs is a must.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with IT colleagues across multiple cultures. The individual should be comfortable presenting complex problems both verbally and in writing / presentations in a manner that is relevant to the audience, and able to argue their case pro-actively.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Unix knowledge including use of shell scripting, job control and exposure to Linux
